NOVEMBER 5, 2019 ELECTION DAY (POLLS OPEN 6 A.M. – 9 P.M.)
EARLY VOTING
Under legislation enacted earlier this year, New York will have early voting for any registered voter on 9 separate dates during the 2-weeks before the general election day on November 5 th . PLEASE NOTE: EARLY VOTING IS LIMITED TO CERTAIN DAYS AND CERTAIN HOURS; AND EARLY VOTES CAN ONLY BE CAST IN ONE OF THE EARLY VOTING SITES DESIGNATED FOR THAT PURPOSE. The dates and the sites are as follows:
Sat. Oct. 26 – Noon – 5 p.m.
Sun. Oct. 27 – Noon – 5 p.m.
Mon. Oct. 28 - 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Tues. Oct. 29 -Noon – 8 p.m.
Wed. Oct. 30 – Noon - 8 p.m.
Thur. Oct. 31 – 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. (Halloween)
Fri. Nov. 1 – 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sat. Nov. 2 – 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sun. Nov. 3 Noon 5 p.m.

All of the following will be open for early voting to any Dutchess County voter, regardless of residence:
Rhinebeck Town Hall – 80 Market St., Rhinebeck, NY
Millbrook Fire House – 20 Front St., Millbrook, NY
Dutchess Co. Board of Elections - 47 Cannon St., Poughkeepsie, NY
Unionvale Town Hall - 249 Duncan Rd., Lagrangeville, NY
Fishkill Town Hall – 807 Route 52, Fishkill, NY

ABSENTEE BALLOTS
New York permits voting by absentee ballot by
persons, who for some valid reason,
are unable to get to the polls on election day. Complete information regarding absentee
ballots is available on the Dutchess Co. Board of Elections website
(www.dutchesselections.com/absenteeballot) or by calling them at (845) 486-2483,
ask for Dep. Commr. Ira Margulies.
